Verified Time on Door
“Knocked all day, boss.”The pins say 2 hours, 40 minutes.
DOOReality™ computes verified Time on Door from the pin data your canvassing app already collects. Trusted time is a story. Verified time is a number. You’re about to learn the difference.
The free 2-minute assessment: find out how much of your team’s day you actually know.
Everybody said it's a numbers game. Nobody was paying attention to the right numbers.

The door-count trap
A door count is not Time on Door (TOD). A rep can drop 60 pins in 2 hours, disappear for 4, and the day still looks like a grind. The number on your leaderboard says nothing about the hours you paid for.
Self-reported hours are worse. Nobody writes “took a 3-hour break” on their own scorecard. Avoidance never shows up in what reps tell you; it shows up in the gaps between their pins, and nobody’s reading those.
What you’ll see
4 product views on 1 week of sample data: the Time Grid, the Score over time, Compare, and Goals. 4 reps. Same week. Same 35-hour requirement.
- Foster is the rep you think you have 3 of: 548 doors on 32h 45m of verified time, 3 contracts. Now you can pay, promote, and recruit against proof instead of a hunch.
- Cole out-knocked everyone, 675 doors, on just 15h 45m of verified time. A door-count leaderboard makes him rep of the week. The Time Grid makes him a conversation on Monday.
- King started after 2 PM on 4 of 6 days. Late starts produce activity, not contracts; both of her contracts came on days she started early.
- Knight is the new hire: full verified hours, no contracts yet. That is a coaching conversation, not an exit. Without verified time you can't tell the difference.

How it works
The analysis you don’t have time to do
You’re an owner or a sales manager, not a data analyst. Between installs, supplements, and hiring, personally verifying every rep’s day was never realistic. So nobody’s day gets verified.
DOOReality is that verification, done for you. The pin trail gets read, the gaps get measured, the flags get raised. You get the finished analysis and spend your time managing, not auditing. The system is not about catching somebody doing it wrong, it is about coaching them to do it right.
Coach the right rep. Be honest with the rest.
A low-effort rep and a hard-working rep who can’t close look identical on a door-count leaderboard. They need opposite responses, and giving the wrong one costs you both.
Verified time tells them apart in days, not months. Low verified hours is an effort conversation. Full verified hours with no contracts is a skill conversation, and skill can be coached. When the answer is that this isn’t the right fit, you know early enough to say so cleanly. This allows the rep to find work that suits them better.
~35% average sales-rep turnover vs. ~13% across other industries (HubSpot). Some of that churn is unavoidable. What’s avoidable is taking 6 months to see it coming.
At that rate, every rep is worth understanding sooner. Burnout is real. The one grinding full hours with nothing to show for it deserves to hear that the effort is showing, before he quits believing it.

We’re onboarding founding customers now: door-to-door contractors who want the truth more than a polished pitch. You work directly with the founder, and what you need next shapes what gets built next.
You’ll see your own team’s verified numbers in week one of onboarding: your reps, your grid, your red flags. Not a canned demo. Onboarding handles the data transfer; you never touch an export.
