The terms, in plain language. If something here is not clear, ask before you buy, not after.

  • What counts as a location?

    A location is a market or branch with its own rep roster and sales management. A storm market counts as a location while an active roster is knocking there.

  • What happens when I add locations?

    Your band is reassessed only when you add locations. A new rate takes effect at the next billing cycle and is never applied retroactively. If you drop locations, the lower rate takes effect at renewal.

  • What does onboarding cover?

    Onboarding is a one time fee, paid first, and it starts the work: your initial discovery call, then connecting your canvassing app to DOOReality. From there it covers pin taxonomy calibration, setup, and a historical data backload for the current calendar year.

    Start in Q1 and you receive the prior calendar year as well. Additional history is quoted separately, and a backload is limited to what your canvassing app retains and can export.

  • Do you charge per rep or per seat?

    No. DOOReality is priced flat per company and banded by number of locations, not by seats or sales reps. Add reps to a roster and your price does not change. The only thing that moves your band is adding locations.

  • What are the payment options?

    The onboarding fee is paid first and starts the process. After that you choose how to pay for the year:

    • Prepay the year and take 10% off the subscription. Onboarding is not discounted.
    • Split the year into 4 equal payments at the full subscription price. The first is due at your initial admin login, and the remaining 3 are due within 30, 60, and 90 days of that login.

    Annual, and annual split into 4, are the standard offering.

  • Can I pay monthly?

    Monthly and quarterly billing may be evaluated on a promotional or case by case basis, but they are not guaranteed. If that is what you need, get in touch and ask.

  • Do I need my reps to change anything?

    No. There is no new app to install, no extra step at the door, and nothing different for a rep to remember. DOOReality reads the data your canvassing app is already collecting.
