The DOOReality Check stores your email and quiz answers so we can render your report and send you a copy. Book a Demo stores the fields you submit (name, company, work email, optional phone). No third-party advertising or analytics trackers run on this site.

Account data (name, work email, role) so you can log in, and the canvassing exports your company provides during onboarding (pin locations, timestamps, dispositions, rep names), which we process on your company's behalf to compute its verified metrics.

To provide the product: compute metrics, render dashboards, and send the emails you asked for (reports, invites, password resets, demo follow-ups). That's the list.

We never sell your data, never share one customer's identifiable data with another, and never use your field data for advertising.

We may combine data across customers into aggregated, de-identified statistics for industry benchmarking, and we make those benchmarks available to all DOOReality customers. Aggregated data never identifies your company, your reps, or any individual, and it is the only form in which your data is ever combined with anyone else's.

Each company's data is isolated at the database level by per-company access rules, and an automated check re-verifies that isolation before every release.

The app uses login cookies to keep you signed in. The marketing site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

Verified history is the point of the product: career pages, trends, and benchmarks depend on a complete record, so data is retained for the life of the service. Questions about your data: ty@adamsresults.com.

DOOReality is a business tool, not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
